ARTAYUD is the Art of Helping.
Is a concept of wellbeing, where we seek the body-mind-soul connection through different technics.
OUR VISION
We aspire to become a safe and trusted space for those seeking to discover their life purpose and reach their full potential. We aim to be a beacon of hope and support, offering effective techniques and methods that facilitate stress management, and promote nervous system recalibration and balance. We aim to be a meeting place for all those who wish to discover themselves, find their balance and live their life to the fullest.
OUR MISSION
We aim to assist and support people facing stress issues, as well as neurodivergent individuals, in their personal journey of transformation and growth. We focus on promoting the formation of healthy and mindful habits that help them face their challenges and overcome their adversities. In addition, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful space for the authentic and free expression of emotions, where each individual feels heard and valued.
AGUSTIN
FOUNDER
From a very early age, I was always curious to understand how my body works and how to manage my energy. At the age of 4, I was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Doctors recommended a drug treatment that, although it ‘calmed me down,’ also disconnected me from myself. However, thanks to my parents’ vision, this treatment lasted only a week. Instead of continuing with medication, they encouraged me to channel my energy through sport, which marked a turning point in my life.
I started playing rugby at the age of 8 at the Club Universitario de Córdoba, Argentina. This sport became a fundamental pillar for me, helping me to focus my mind and develop discipline. At the age of 22, my passion for rugby took me to Europe, where I played semi-professional rugby in Spain and Andorra. I had the honour of representing the Andorra national team three times. However, my sporting career came to an end in 2020, at the age of 30, due to a lower back injury that prevented me from continuing to compete.
The end of my time as a professional athlete left me facing an existential void. Without rugby, I lost my main tool to calm my mind and keep my balance. It was then that I discovered the transformative power of conscious breathing, yoga and meditation. These practices helped me to reconnect with myself and find a new centre of stability, similar to what sport had offered me for years.
This period of self-discovery led me to explore various disciplines that helped me to understand the body and mind from a more holistic perspective. I studied Chiromassage, Reiki, Reflexology, Bioenergy, Neuroscience, Nutrition, Body Movement and Conscious Breathing techniques. Each of these areas allowed me to heal, grow and discover a part of me that I didn’t know before.
Today, that learning has become my mission: to share with the world the tools and knowledge that have transformed me. Through ART-AYUD, I seek to create a space where people can explore their potential, reconnect with their inner self and find the balance they seek in their lives.
BIOHACKING
Decompress your brain, self-regulate your nervous system and see the power of BEING HUMAN.
Biohacking: Science, Technology and Personal Wellbeing
Biohacking is an individual-centred approach to optimising health, wellbeing and human performance. It combines scientific and technological techniques with significant lifestyle changes, creating a pathway to the best version of oneself.
This practice is based on five fundamental elements that affect our daily lives:
- Brain
- Food
- Exercise
- Breathing/Meditation
- Rest
Art also plays a crucial role in brain development and health. By stimulating creativity and encouraging reflection, it can enhance brain plasticity, strengthen cognitive skills and promote empathy. Beyond expression, art becomes a powerful tool for mental and emotional well-being.
Optimising Health and Wellbeing through Biohacking
Biohacking is a holistic, multidisciplinary philosophy that encompasses practices such as regular exercise, mindful eating, breathing and meditation techniques.
- Regular Exercise: Staying active not only strengthens the body, but also optimises key systems such as the immune, nervous and digestive systems, promoting holistic health.
- Mindful Eating: Involves understanding the impact of food on our bodies and making nutritional choices that promote long-term health.
- Breathing and Meditation: A prominent example is the Alchemy: Rewire method, which combines deep breathing techniques to achieve states of heightened awareness. These practices improve focus, reduce stress and strengthen self-awareness.
Personalised Services and Support Network
In this project, I offer a customised monitoring service tailored to individuals, groups and organisations. The aim is to maximise performance and well-being, helping each person to reach their best version of themselves, regardless of their context.
In addition, I have a network of professionals specialising in areas such as mental health, nutrition, medicine, and specific treatments, ensuring comprehensive support according to individual needs.
My Path and the Impact of Biohacking on My Life
In 2022, I was living in Ibiza as an event manager and producer at the holistic healing community Crystal Mountain. During that time, I coordinated an event led by Rodo Escalante, creator of the Alchemy method : Rewire. This experience marked a profound change in my life, both internally and externally.
Rodo, whom I consider a mentor and brother, entrusted me with the teaching of this revolutionary technique, which unites the spiritual world with technological advances. Based on neuroscience, it demonstrates how conscious breathing and CO2 retention impacts the nervous system and helps manage daily stress.
Since then, I have experienced a remarkable reduction in stress, a greater connection with my inner self and an expanded capacity to meet personal, professional and social challenges. These transformations inspire me to share these tools through ARTAYUD, helping others to find their own balance and well-being.
